1) Websites are important- While you may have a strong social media presence, every business needs a professional website. Why? Because it's an online space that you own. You are in control of the messaging and content, and it cannot be taken from you when you own the domain. We've said it before, and we'll say it again- websites are often the first impression between you and a potential client; WR is determined to ensure it's a lasting one.

2) We're a family operated company- Alison and I started this company as a creative "side hustle" but have grown to really love this work. While we live in two states, we talk daily and collaborate constantly. She loves design. I love the daily operations. She nails tutorials. I love creative writing. We love what we do, and we do it well.

3) We're "Type A" (to a fault, perhaps?)- If you know us as mothers and former teachers, you'd know we both have Type A personalities. We are natural planners, love attention to detail, and live by our calendars. Procrastination is a nightmare, hence the reason efficiency is our middle name. The mom with extra diapers, snacks, wipes, and sunscreen? That's us. The student who turned in homework early and always did extra credit? Us, again. The creative that can't go to bed until the video integration is set and the textures align just right? Us. It makes us really great at what we do.

4) We value client relationships- Alison and I are two really outgoing people, and we've been like this our whole life. We love people and value connection. Our client/designer relationships mean a great deal to us, and we thoroughly enjoy communicating with our clients all over the country. Text, zoom, phone, or in person- it's fun!

5) We're efficient- We don't like procrastination, and we don't like to keep our clients waiting, so our product delivery is quick. Once we nail down what our client needs, whether it's a complete brand overhaul, minor updating to an existing site, or simple add-on services like video integration, we create a timeline and we stick to it, usually completing projects in 2-4 weeks.
